Most people are scared and angered by what has transpired in the last year and half. Certainly a lot of people are hurting and in dire financial straights as a result of the events that have led up to this recession.

You can't be serious. You honestly believe that a doctor makes $12,000 per day. What planet are you from? Here is a bit of reality. I am an Internist and started my practice in 1996. I was 31 years of age and had $250,000 in school loans. My starting salary was $75,000 per year. That is just shy of your calculation of 2.3 million. Here is some more reality, my average office visit charge is $80 of which your insurance will pay me $47.50. I work 80 hrs per week and my vacation last year consisted of 5 days in the Bahamas with my wife and 3 kids. I have gone without pay more than once as I try to keep up with malpractice payments and health insurance for my staff. My story is quite common amongst my peers. I did not go into medicine in order to get rich however I never thought that I have to go without pay to settle expenses. I have not come across the millionaire physician that you believe is common place. Tell me, do you think I put myself through 11 years post-college education so that I can take care of ungrateful runts like yourself? No, I did not. I did so to advance my socioeconomic status of myself and my family. and in doing so I will nonetheless honor the oath that I have taken and take care of the mutants like yourself.
